The Oak Lawn Park District Judo Club offers judo instruction for students of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are four years old or an adult, our program develops balance, coordination, discipline, and respect through the art of judo.
Our instructors provide age-appropriate training that progresses from fundamental skills and fun-based learning for our youngest judoka through comprehensive instruction for intermediate, advanced, and adult students.

Classes are available for beginning through advanced students across all age groups. Register through the Oak Lawn Park District.
Ages 4–6
Little beginners learn balance, coordination, respect, and basic skills through fun and age-appropriate instruction.
Ages 5 & Up
Students develop respect, balance, coordination, and discipline through foundational judo techniques and practice.
Ages 6 & Up
Students continue their progression of learning through comprehensive instruction in judo techniques and principles.
Ages 15 & Up
Intermediate, advanced, and adult students develop their skills through comprehensive judo instruction.
